For the past year I have been working with Kate as a part of the EHoC programme with the Premier League. Kate has supported me in many ways, including developing more self-confidence and belief, my ability to be more present, and listening and communication skills. These have had a positive influence not only on my ability to be a more productive Head of Coaching but have also had a wider positive impact on my relationships outside of work.   Kate is an excellent listener and makes you feel though your thoughts and feelings are valued. I feel that Kate’s support and influence over the past year has stood me in good stead and I will be forever grateful of the time we have shared together.   I would recommend Kate to anyone looking for support in enhancing themselves
